Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Returns:

  • Returns are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and include the original receipt.

Non-Refundable Sale Merchandise:

  • Sale merchandise is non-refundable. All sales of discounted items are final.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe at maggie@augustshop.us.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Final Sale Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Furniture
  • Final sale items (if applicable)
