Every bottle holds the juice of roughly 9000 Lavender blossoms, transformed into a mist through steam distillation, a slow process in which vapor passes through freshly harvested flowers, drawing out the plant’s aromatic water and essential oil. The certified organic flowers grown and distilled by Donna Bayliss -the legendary matriarch of Lavender in America, who’s famous farm sits on a hillside in Northern California.
We use both the Hydrosol and Essential Oil, to capture the full expression of the Lavender. The Hydrosol carries the softer, greener breath of the plant, while the Essential Oil brings its concentrated heart. Together, they make a Lavender Mist that is floral, camphorous, alive, and deeply calming. Spray generously before sleep, after travel, or whenever the nervous system needs a small act of mercy.
