Winter Skiers Greeting Card

Christmas or Valentines card depicting skiers kissing on the slopes. Printed in England on a light cream, 300gsm carbon-neutral Italian paper, made from 100% recycled post-consumer waste. Adapted from one of the twelve plates in George Barbier’s Falbalas et Fanfreluches (‘ruffles and frills’ ) 1925. Barbier was an influential figure and tastemaker in French art and design of the 1910s and 1920s. As well as haute couture fashion, he produced theatre and ballet costumes, book and magazine illustrations, jewellery and glassware designs. All our greeting cards are 170mm x 120mm (approx. 5” x 7”) and blank inside, individually wrapped in a compostable wrapper made from plants, with a 100% recycled, 110gsm kraft envelope.
